These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and verumcrypto.com, operator of the Verum ecosystem, incorporated under the laws of Brazil. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Verum Wallet application, you expressly agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, do not use our services.
Verum Wallet is a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet interface software, operating primarily on the Solana blockchain.
Your Absolute Control: We do not have access to, store, or can retrieve your Seed Phrase, private keys, passwords, or the digital assets allocated to your wallet.
Sole Responsibility: The responsibility for maintaining the security, offline backup, and confidentiality of your Seed Phrase rests entirely with you. The loss of this information will result in the irreversible and permanent loss of your funds. Verumcrypto.com cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from the loss or theft of your keys.
Verum Wallet acts exclusively as a technological bridge (software) that allows you to interact directly with the blockchain and decentralized protocols.
Liquidity Providers and Swaps: Token exchange (swaps) functionalities or P2P integrations are executed through third-party smart contracts. You acknowledge that you are interacting directly with these protocols and assume the inherent risks.
Fiat Ramps (On-Ramp/Off-Ramp): Local currency to crypto conversion services (and vice versa) are provided by independent licensed partners. The use of these services is subject to the Terms and KYC/AML Policies of these third parties.
Card Services: Any card services linked to Verum Wallet are strictly digital. There is no issuance of physical cards. These virtual services are provided and managed by issuing partners, and are subject to their established rules of use and limits.

All source code, design, logos, trademarks, and graphical interfaces of Verum Wallet are the exclusive intellectual property of verumcrypto.com or its licensors. Use of the application does not grant you any ownership rights to the software, only a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license for personal use.
The software is provided "as is" and "as available." Verumcrypto.com does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure against cyberattacks on your mobile device.
Under no circumstances will verumcrypto.com, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of digital assets arising from the use or inability to use the application.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brazil.
Verumcrypto.com may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the new version in the application or on our official website. Continued use of Verum Wallet after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
